About Me
Hello I’m Sara. I work with people who want to make positive changes to their lives. I believe that our mental, emotional and physical health are interlinked and I look for the connections, helping my clients to see them too.
I am a strong believer in taking responsibility for our own health and wellbeing, and have always been interested in natural routes. Food, nutrition and yoga are an important part of my life as well as making time to have fun. An on-going search for greater health and happiness has taken me down many paths. I left my job as a languages teacher in London, moved to Spain and travelled the world as a trekking guide, gaining insights along the way. On my return to the UK, I enrolled on personal development courses, which culminated in me learning to tap into my internal power source, overcoming fear by doing a Fire Walk.
My homeopathy journey began with a thyroid condition in my 30s, shortly after having my daughter. My body did not respond sufficiently to the medication I was put on and I was just managing to exist, rather than really living. I consulted a homeopath and things started to change.I subsequently took my daughter to see her for oral thrush, which kept recurring despite anti-fungals.Again, homeopathy worked and in fact, she is now nearly twelve and has not seen our conventional doctor since!
I was so impressed with the results that I was inspired to enrol on a 4-year course at the School of Homeopathy in Stroud. It is the best thing I ever did; what I learned brought together all the strings of my life so far. I now divide my time between teaching and homeopathy.
Settled now in Witney, West Oxfordshire with my daughter and our two cats, I am passionate about using what I have learnt to help others feel better. Yet what I have learned so far is only the beginning! There is so much more, and for this reason I attend regular CPD courses, which are a wonderful way to learn as well as to connect with fellow homeopaths and discuss the wonders of homeopathy.
